Who processes the data
The data controller is Slađana Guslov PR, Samostalna zanatska radnja ĐERDAN - S Beograd, Nehruova 51a, unit 93, 11070 Novi Beograd, Serbia, company registration no. 62640049, tax ID 107291028 (hereinafter: the workshop). For any questions about data processing, you can contact us at [email protected] or +381 60 684 4558.
We process data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you send us yourself through the contact form or the consultation booking form:
- first and last name,
- phone number and/or email address,
- preferred appointment, service and deadline,
- your message and a link to your inspiration, if you add them.
The website does not use analytics tools or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use the data solely to reply to your enquiry, book a consultation and agree on the work. We do not use it to send marketing messages and we do not sell it to third parties.
The legal basis for processing is your request for us to contact you before entering into a contract, or your consent.
Who else has access to the data
- Hosting provider — form messages are processed by the server the site runs on and sent to our email address; they are not stored in a database on the site.
- Instagram (Meta) and Behold — the home page shows our latest Instagram posts; the images load from their servers, so they see your IP address and browser data.
- Hosting — the server on which the website is hosted.
- Google reCAPTCHA — a Google service that protects the forms against spam and automated abuse (see below).
These services process data only to the extent necessary to provide their service.
External content
On the Contact page we show a Google map. The map is loaded from Google only once you allow it in the cookie settings; Google may then collect data in accordance with its privacy policy. More on the Cookies page.
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
The contact form and the consultation booking form are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. To assess whether a form is being filled in by a person or an automated program, reCAPTCHA collects technical data about your device and your behaviour on the page (e.g. IP address, browser data, mouse movements and time spent on the page) and sends it to Google. Google may set cookies in the process.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website and its forms from abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to this processing.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for 12 months from the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. for data related to issued invoices).
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can send us your request at [email protected].
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
